A relaxed atmosphere awaits you in the comfortable surroundings of this family owned 40 bedroomed hotel. Set peacefully on the East Cliff in an acre of lawned gardens, with a large car park, it makes for an ideal stay.
With the cliff top & zigzag path leading to the beach, town centre & BIC only a few minutes walk away. Why not see for yourself why our guests return again and again!!
The majority of rooms are accessible by the lift & we have a ground floor room which is suitable for wheelchair users.
If you want to treat yourself in style we have the 'Woodcroft Suite', with lounge, bedroom with queen size bed, Jacuzzi bath & mini-bar.
The recently refurbished bar has doors leading onto the patio for drinks & bar lunches. There is a separate quiet & relaxing lounge, the ideal place for morning coffee or afternoon tea.

Price is inclusive of 2 children sharing with 2 adults. The maximum occupancy figure stated applies only to adults. Please state during the booking process if you will be bringing children with you.
Residents restaurant, open for breakfast and dinner. Our imaginative menu changes daily and is prepared using fresh produce.
The restaurant is open for traditional Full English breakfast and dinner; our food & service will surpass your expectations.
By Car (from the A338):
- Turn off the A338 on St. Paul's Road.
- Follow the road straight on through the 1st roundabout and continue straight through the 2nd roundabout into Gervis Road.
- The hotel is situated about half way along the left hand side, just past the next roundabout.
By Rail:
- London Waterloo to Bournemouth takes approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes.
By Plane:
- London Heathrow is approximately 95 miles away; just under a 2 hour drive.
- London Gatwick is approximately 110 miles away; just under a 3 hour drive.
- Bournemouth International Airport is 6 miles away and is 10 minutes by car or bus route 747 from Bournemouth coach and train station.
By Ferry:
- The hotel is just 7 miles from Poole Ferry Terminal connecting to the islands of Guernsey and Jersey. There are also direct fast ferries connecting to St. Malo and Cherbourg.
